Juniors 6pm to 7.15pm - Seniors 7pm -8.30pm
- Midland Ju-Jitsu has been teaching for almost 20 years
- Adults train separately from juniors
- The club accepts children from 5 years of age
- Instructors are qualified and Police checked
- Taught within Primary school therefore the highest standards of child care
- A friendly and stress free environment
- Use of safe and fun training aids
- Ju-jitsu is taught as self defence and therefore practical compared to kicking martial arts with little or no control over damage inflicted

Common Questions and Answers
Tuesday & Thursday, 6-7pm Juniors, 7-8.15pm Seniors
£6 Juniors, £8 Seniors or £10 per 2 sessions per week.
6 years of age as a guide.
A martial art which involves throwing, kicking, escapes, strikes, kicks and pressure points.
Beginners may begin at anytime.
No, Joggers and T shirts are fine. This is until a decision is made on whether to continue is made.
Insurance is required by the first grading (approx 2-3 months) which is £25 pa Juniors, £35 pa Seniors, 2023/24 Price.
Juniors 10, Adults 9. Gradings Cost - £20 Juniors, £25 Seniors and are taken at the club on training nights.

Small Circle which is self defence based and not like Judo, BJJ or Brazilian Ju-Jitsu which are all similar and sport based.
